One of our key strong points is keeping on schedule. We present our clients with a complete work schedule outlining both work in progress and completion dates. This allows our clients to make product selections, so that delivery and installation times can be met. We respect your privacy while work is being performed and we will maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Attention to Detail

No detail is left unturned. Our craftsmanship continues through the entire process. The management of billing is done with accuracy and accountability . A complete cost schedule is provided for easy comprehension and a schedule of values shows the cost of each phase. Only the percentage completed is billed on each billing cycle.

Progression

Throughout your project there is continuous communication. There will be progress meetings to answer any questions; discuss the stage of the project; and resolve decisions to be made on change orders.
